Hello there! My name is Brad Coddington and I'm a recent UX/UI graduate who works as UX intern at Push Studio in Chicago. I'm very passionate about creating unique and effective interfaces.  I enjoy using the UX process to create solutions that help users reach their goals.

I come from a military background serving in the Air Force as a Business Operations Manager.  I graduated at University of DePaul with an Master’s of Human Computer Interaction. During my time in the military, I also earned an MBA and my undergrad in Computer Science over at University of Maryland.

I hope you enjoy my work!

Web Design - Student Serve: StudentServe is a volunteer website for students to easily navigate volunteer opportunities. With year-round access to skill-based roles and the ability to apply filters, students can either apply their existing skills or gain new ones through real-world experience. The goal is to help students gain professional work experience while contributing to impactful projects and to enable non-profits to recruit genuinely interested and skilled students for their needs.

App Design - Dude Where’s my Car? I designed this app to solve the age old question, where did I park my car?! It also has a secondary function of helping users find parking. It has two channels: Mobile app and Smart Watch. This was one of my first times using Axure and full project from low-fi to Hi-FI. The UI is a bit off but I’m proud of the journey I took to come up with a solution to the problem.

User Research & Usability Testing for Resy.com: For this project I was tasked to find a website and perform both a Heuristic Evaluation and a Cognitive Walkthrough in order to discover poteintal usability issues. Then I was tasked to perform a full usability test on the site and report my findings and recommendations.

Note: this site was evaluated on 17 July 2023 and may not currently appear the same way it did when it was originally evaluated.
